For almost forty years, the name Puffa has been synonymous with British sporting excellence, providing a unique combination of lightweight warmth, classic style and durability.
The iconic British brand was created by Penny Rogers in 1973. Inspired by the quilted jackets she had seen on her travels to Canada and the US, Penny set to work to design a small collection of jackets made, initially, from Eiderdown quilts.
Throughout the 1970s and 1980s, Puffa became the 'must have' jacket for the cogniscenti, including royalty, forging close links with British equestrian and nautical sports. Not only were the garments functional, warm and durable, but also a highly fashionable item for use in both the countryside and city.
Today Puffa is the undisputed pioneer of quilted clothing, and has remained steadfast to its principles of outstanding quality and innovation.
